A Durga Pujo special menu featuring some of the long-lost traditional Bengali cuisine from the City of Joy has been curated by the Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport. Every day, new dishes will be showcased in the specifically planned and selected buffet menu, which aims to capture the unique essence of Pujo. Every Ghoti and Bangal kitchen’s sentiments of nostalgia and emotion will be preserved by the Special Dishes.

Menu (select items): Bonedi Morog Khandani, Brahmonbarir Niramish Chorbir Tarkari, Dhudeshwar Potol, Mejbani Mangsher Rassa, Gondhoraj Mach Bhaja, Monoranjan Nakshi Peetha, Poddo Khaja, Khirod Katla, Satkahoner Pabda, Jomidari Chanar Long Lata amongst others.
