‘Syndicate’ written and directed by Shekhar Ghosh has been officially selected at the prestigious 42nd ‘Durban International Film Festival 2021, South Africa’ and the Lift-Off Global Network – Session 2021.

The director wrote the story of the film Syndicate by drawing from life experiences. He realized how humans have become detached from reality. Any grave incident like murder or an accident swayed us for a few moments. This motivated him to write this new-age commercial thriller with a strong Bengal connection.

The cast of the film consists of Shaheb Bhattacherjee, Sauraseni Maitra, Shantilal Mukherjee, Sudip Mukherjee, Chandan Sen, Prantik Banerjee, Pratiksha Sen, Gautam Chakraborty, and others.

The film is produced by Sugar Coated Films.
