Poila Boisakh is just around the corner and it feels incomplete without gorging on good food. Understanding this emotion of the Bengalis, The Astor has come up with Baaro Mashey Tero Parbon to celebrate the occasion of Poila Boisakh.
The Poila Boisakh offerings are returning after a gap of two years due to the global pandemic.
A range of delectable Bengali dishes is on offer on the Poila Boisakh menu. It is an ode to the Bengali way of life. Many colonial delicacies have been recreated for catering to the taste buds of the customers.
The menu consists of dishes like Dimer Posto Bata, Enchorer Doi Bora, Borishaler Kaalo Morich Mangsho, Chennar Mohima, Lebupata Diye Parshe Maacher Jhal, Badam Bata Diye Mochar Cutlet, and many more.
The desserts on offer include Komola Bhog, Mishti Doi, Aam Sandesh, and Gokul Bhog.
The Poila Boisakh menu will be available for both lunch (12.30 to 3 pm) and dinner (7.30 pm to 11 pm) at Kebab-e-Que, the multi-cuisine restaurant in Astor.
