India’s first on-demand convenience platform, Swiggy Ltd. (NSE: SWIGGY) unveiled One BLCK, a premium, invite-only membership for customers looking for the best possible convenience and support.

The goal of One BLCK is to provide a better Swiggy experience. Members will benefit from an On-Time Guarantee and quicker delivery for all food orders. Members can enjoy free beverages, drinks, or desserts when dining out. Additionally, they will gain access to Swiggy’s best customer service representatives for individualized, top-tier assistance.

All of the advantages of the current Swiggy One membership will also be available to One BLCK members, including unlimited free deliveries on both food delivery and Instamart, as well as special member-only savings on Dineout and food delivery.

In addition to industry-first features for premium customers, One BLCK is the only membership in the nation that provides advantages in the areas of rapid commerce, dining out, and food delivery. Additionally, members have access to special benefits from leading partner companies like Cinepolis, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, Hamleys, and more. Members of One BLCK will receive a complimentary Yatra Prime subscription that is exclusive to One BLCK in celebration of the launch.

About 80% of Swiggy One subscribers, who were introduced in 2021, spend three times as much as non-Swiggy One members and use two or more Swiggy services. Swiggy hopes to improve the experience for its premium customers and spur growth in all of its companies with the launch of a new premium service, One BLCK.

Swiggy One BLCK is available by invitation only and has a 3-month plan with a launch price of INR 299. Phased invitations to Swiggy One BLCK will be sent out, allowing a restricted group of users throughout India to access this highly sought-after membership. It is also possible for current Swiggy One members to upgrade to this new membership.
