The Dhakai Food Pop-Up Festival, which celebrates the genuine flavors of Bangladesh, was inaugurated at Usha Restaurant. Foodies were introduced to traditional Dhakai cuisine on this unique occasion, which featured mouthwatering treats, aromatic rice, and rich spices.
Celebrity chef and culinary curator Nayana Afroz, as well as seasoned restaurateur and businessman Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee, were in attendance at the festival.
Eleven specialty dishes that highlighted the distinct flavors of Bangladeshi cuisine were served to the guests.

The menu consists of dishes like Dhakai Kacchi Biryani, Cox Bazar’s Roast Chicken, Chattogram er Chingri Morich Polao, and Uttorbonger Kesar Firni.
Every dish was thoughtfully chosen to offer a genuine experience and serve as a reminder of the long-standing customs of Bangladeshi cooking.
The special menu for the Dhakai Food Pop-Up Festival is available from February 8th to February 28th, giving foodies plenty of time to enjoy these unusual foods.
