Special Holi Offerings At ITC Hotels To Add Color To The Festivities


ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar are prepared to offer a unique culinary experience as the colorful festival of Holi draws near, allowing guests to elegantly celebrate the season of colors. Experience a vibrant Holi celebration at these renowned hotels, which offer carefully chosen services and a delectable selection of Holi-specific cuisine. On March 14th, from 1 pm to 3:30 pm, the Grand Market Pavilion at ITC Royal Bengal will host an exclusive Holi brunch that promises to be a feast for the senses.
The Holi brunch consists of Guruji Ki Thandai, Barfi Ka Gola, Lake Style Aloo Dum, Agra Pakodi Chaat, Beguni, live paratha counter, Jalebi, Hot Rosogolla, Boondi with Rabri and many more.

These dishes, which are priced at INR 2100 plus taxes per guest and feature a distinctive blend of flavors and textures, promise to be a culinary celebration of Holi’s vibrancy. Savor a gourmet spread of Indian flavors at ITC Sonar’s Eden Pavilion, which offers a variety of real dishes.
Patrons can enjoy Braj Ka Khana, a live counter inspired by the food culture of Vrindavan, which will offer Sitaphal Ki Sabzi with Poori, Samosa, and Bread Pakoda.

Guests can also enjoy delicacies like Dhaba-style paneer Masala, Satrangi Pulao, Kosha Mangsho, Gujiya, Gajar Ka Halwa, Thandai, and Lassi.
This will be available from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm at INR 1800 plus taxes per guest.
