An interactive awareness program is successful when participants freely admit their own dark mistakes in life and promise to walk towards light in the future. That is exactly what happened during Bobby Chakraborty, an actor, activist, and method acting teacher,’s life-changing anti-addiction campaign number 457 at Mothers Mission School in Behala.

Bobby‘s award-winning, free preventive awareness program, titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’, aimed to raise awareness among children about all types of addiction and harmful social trends such as smoking, alcoholism, smart phone addiction, substance abuse, abusive language, gambling through games, pornography, obscenity online for popularity, and so on, had a significant impact on the students in grades 9-12 at this school.

Soldier Srija Nag (X) was the official photographer for this motivational adda session, and was assisted by Soldier Krishna Dyuti Choudhury (X), also known as ‘The 1st Soldier’.

Soham, Snehil, and Abhilash, three Grade X soldiers, won the surprise contest. Bobby gave them special prizes, HCF t-shirts, and community service certificates.
