The Fern Brentwood Resort & Spa in Mussoorie announced Punjab di Khushboo, a culinary festival that will introduce the Queen of Hills to the robust and rich flavors of Punjab. This 10-day celebration, which runs from June 19 to June 29, 2025, invites visitors to enjoy comfort food, the warmth of Punjabi hospitality, and evenings full of games, laughter, and good vibes.

The festival, which will take place at Whistling Pines, the resort’s outdoor space, is set in the picturesque Mussoorie and promises to be a welcoming, flavorful, and nostalgic experience. Every day from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, guests can enjoy a specially prepared dinner buffet that highlights the finest of Punjab’s culinary legacy, including smoky tandoori classics and buttery curries.

The evenings start with lamp lighting, tamabola, and rumuk hi tea (5:30 to 6:30 PM), a playful prelude that sets the mood for a filling dinner. Snacks, chats, and a little bit of local flavor make it the ideal way to start the evening. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., guests can raise a toast with a 1+1 offer on select drinks. After that, they can enjoy drinks at MRP with no markups—just good times.

On offer are dishes like Butter Chicken, Sarson da Saag, Amritsari Macchi, Rajma, Chole Bhature, stuffed parathas, Phirni, Jalebi, Gajar ka Halwa, Atta Chicken, Mutton Beliram, Kunna Gosht, Patiala Chicken, Amritsari Kulche, Taftan, homemade chutneys and murabbas, Roh ki Kheer, Gajrela, Makai ka Halwa, Jalebi, and more.

The meals will also include kulhad specials, rustic local preparations served with genuine hospitality, and rotating live chaat stations, all of which have been thoughtfully designed to showcase the variety of Punjabi cuisine.

The festival is open to all visitors, whether they are staying at the resort or are traveling from the surrounding area, and every aspect has been carefully chosen to capture the essence of Punjab, from the cuisine and music to the atmosphere.
