At a press conference in Kolkata, SAJ Food Products Private Limited, the parent company of one of India’s most popular bakery and biscuit brands, Bisk Farm, commemorated its 25th anniversary by recognizing significant achievements and outlining its future goals.

The event was graced by Iconic Indian Cricketer Sourav Ganguly, Mr. Arpan Paul, Executive Chairman of SAJ Food Products Private Limited, and Mr. Vijay Singh, Managing Director.

During the event, Bisk Farm presented insights into its accomplishments and strategic plan, highlighting its progression from a regional favorite to a globally renowned brand.

The company disclosed that its turnover has surpassed Rs. 2,000 crore, with a five-year target of Rs. 5,000 crore. Bisk Farm, which currently holds a 4% market share in India’s organized biscuit industry and ranks second in East India, has set its sights on further growth with the support of strong product innovation and brand development.

In a major move, the management said that it plans to pursue an IPO within the next five years in order to promote stronger governance and a seamless transition. Additionally, the company said that in QTR1 FY’27, it will open its eighth production plant in Guwahati, enhancing its nationwide operational capabilities.

In order to usher in a new era, Biskfarm launched a new brand ambassador and updated the packaging for all of its products, reflecting a new corporate identity that complements its vision for the future.

The press conference emphasized Biskfarm’s dedication to sustained excellence in the Indian FMCG industry and provided a thorough overview of the company’s development over the previous 25 years.
