Hanglaatherium Now Has An Outlet In North Kolkata

Aditya Group, headed by Mr. Anirban Aditya, and Hanglaatherium, established by Mr. Sunando Banerjee, have announced their alliance with the same goal of introducing Kolkata Biryani to a larger, national audience in a calculated move that combines vision with legacy.
Although Kolkata Biryani is still a staple of Bengali culture, it has frequently been marginalized in national discourse, with variations such as Hyderabadi Biryani experiencing considerable economic success. Seeing this chance, the two domestic giants are teaming up to reinvent and recast Kolkata Biryani as a brand that has both heart and size.

The brand’s first foray into North Kolkata is marked with the launch of a flagship Hanglaatherium location on Jessore Road, immediately across from Diamond Plaza. It is anticipated that this outlet will set the standard for upcoming developments under this partnership.
Both teams have decided to keep the long-term plan confidential for the time being, but the goal is very clear: to create a powerful, scalable, and culturally significant biryani brand that appeals to people all over India.
