As part of the dinner buffet, Udaipur-based Chef Kailash Meena will serve a mouthwatering array of Rajasthani delicacies that highlight the real flavors of four different areas.

Try the delicious Jaysamand Ki Machhi, the unusual Sangri Ki Shami, and the savory-sweet curry Rasgulle Ka Saag to experience the true taste of Mewar. Savor the famous tandoor-cooked Gatta Curry and crispy Missi Roti, which perfectly capture the essence of Mewar cuisine.

Ghewar, a well-known dessert, is served with flavorful treats like Shami Kebab, wonderfully flavored Padampuri Murgh, and Sangri Ki Kadhi, a yogurt-infused desert bean treat, at Shekhawati.

Savor the rich flavors of Marwar with dishes like Murgh Makai Ka Soyta, which combines corn and chicken, traditional Dal Bati Churma, and Papad Paneer Ki Sabzi, which combines paneer and papad.
