This year, Fusion Fantasea invites Kolkata to celebrate Durga Puja with the very dishes that have defined the restaurant over a decade — its signature collection that has subtly, persistently, and consistently won the city’s appetite. Durga Puja has always been a festival of sight and sound, but it is at the dining table that the season truly takes shape. One meal can hold a lifetime of habit and taste; plates become a ledger of memory; and flavors trace family histories.

The Fusion Fantasea Pujo Feast, which will be offered starting on September 15th, is a carefully chosen compilation of the restaurant’s most popular dishes rather than a set tasting menu. These meals are considered the house canon since they have garnered appreciation from review pages, recommendations, and return business. It is recommended for guests to create their own tables by choosing and arranging food according to appetite and group size. The concept is straightforward: the celebration is this Puja, choosing. The meal is customary, the legacy is preserved, and gatherings can be small or huge, joyous or reflective.

The selection process is disciplined. Whether it describes royal feasts, tribal hearths, beach smoke, or mountain tranquility, every dish in the collection tells a tale with restraint.

The dishes on offer are Aarbi Gosht Polao, Bamboo Biryani, Aarbi Kabsa,

Jadoh Rice, Banspora Chicken, Chicken Yakhni, Lava Gosht, Lobster Ghee Roast, Smoked Mud Crab, and others.

This collection is intentionally broad in scope but unified in purpose. Every plate reflects a location and a technique: tribal cooking, which values wood and vessels; coastal skills, which obsess over ghee and spices; royal and Middle Eastern recipes, which favor flavor architecture; and Kashmiri cuisine, which strikes a balance between the calm of yogurt and the spiciness. When they are served together, the table becomes an anthology, a culinary map put together for companionship, discussion, and the lengthy, purposeful meal that Puja still allows.

The Fusion Fantasea Pujo Feast will be available from 15th September 2025 onwards, at 14B, Anil Roy Road, Hemanta Mukherjee Sarani, Lake Terrace, Kolkata 700029.

The collection is offered à la carte with suggested combinations for two.

The indicative pricing begins at Rs 1200/- for two (plus taxes).
