Ahead of Durga Puja in Kolkata, JSW Steel Coated Products launched a specially designed tram to honor the festival’s grandeur, which is listed on UNESCO’s Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The goal of the campaign is to link JSW‘s high-end coated steel products with Kolkata’s rich cultural and historic landscape by utilizing the legacy and symbolic power of the city’s famous trams.

One of the few surviving heritage tramways in the world, Kolkata trams represent tenacity and fortitude, attributes that are compatible with JSW Steel Coated Products. JSW Steel honors both tradition and advancement by partnering with this revered cultural icon during Durga Puja.

The colorful artwork on the branded tram not only captures the joyous mood of Durga Puja but also graphically illustrates the various uses and applications of JSW Coated Steel Products. The imaginative illustrations show how JSW Colouron+, JSW Pragati+, and JSW Everglow with High Gloss and Cool Roof coatings combine long-lasting durability and aesthetic attractiveness in contemporary roofing, residences, and other everyday applications.
