Following the extravagant success of Ranna Baati, director Pratim D. Gupta and producer Pradip Kumar Nandy’s dream team is getting back together for their upcoming masterpiece, Boiragi. Jeetz Filmworks will accompany them on this new adventure.

Boiragi is a sweeping, music-driven romance that centers on young restlessness, emotion, and desire. The film is intended to be a large-scale theatrical production that communicates directly to a new generation of viewers by fusing soul-stirring music with a passionate, modern love narrative.

The producers of Boiragi have declared that the leading man and leading lady of this well-known production will only be chosen through auditions, an unprecedented move in the history of Bengali film. To star in a movie of this size, a large number of newcomers will be auditioned. It is anticipated that the auditions will shortly be held in Kolkata.

Boiragi is already positioned to become one of the most talked-about Bengali films in development because of its bold casting strategy, emotionally driven story, and creative team fresh off a huge success.

The film is expected to be released in the second half of 2026.
