Ruhaniyat– Heritage Cuisine, a limited-edition seasonal offering by Gourmet Couch, is presented by ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar. It will be available from February 17 to March 22, 2026. This special menu delivers the best legacy delicacies from ITC Hotels’ renowned chefs straight to guests’ homes, drawing inspiration from the warmth, generosity, and rich culinary traditions of Eid. Ruhaniyat is a heartfelt celebration of festive dining, based on centuries-old recipes and slow-cooking methods. It is carefully chosen to commemorate the custom of shared meals and the joy of community that characterizes the season.

The à la carte selection features the Seekh Gilafi Dum Pukht, priced at (Rs 2,175 + taxes), Haleem, (Rs 1,399 + taxes), Murgh Handi Qorma, (Rs 2,325 + taxes), Murgh Yakhni Pulao (Rs 2,225 + taxes), Shahi Nehari (Rs 2,425 + taxes), Lachcha Paratha, Roomali Roti, Sheermal, Pudina Paratha, and assorted tandoor-baked varieties, all priced at (Rs 350 + taxes) and Seviyon Ka Muzaffar (Rs 899 + taxes).

To elevate the festive experience, two curated set menus are also available.

The Ruhaniyat Table is priced at (Rs 3,799 + taxes) for two and (Rs 6,599 + taxes) for four. The Ruhaniyat Royal Table, which includes Dal Bukhara, Haleem, Shahi Nehari, Murgh Yakhni Pulao, breads, accompaniments, and dessert, is available at (Rs 5,999 + taxes) for two and (Rs 10,299 + taxes) for four.

Ruhaniyat – Heritage Cuisine is available daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with delivery services operating from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
