At the CII West Bengal Annual Meeting & Conference in Kolkata, Mr. Sourav Ganguly, President of the Cricket Association of Bengal and former captain of the Indian men’s national cricket team, set a positive tone.

“Both sport and business are ultimately about the team. The most crucial aspect of any journey is the people you collaborate with. Beyond assets, the best investment is in people and staff who support an organization’s expansion. Never lose faith in your own abilities to succeed in life. No task is ever small, and life is about taking chances. One must never let setbacks disturb them because life is a never-ending cycle of success and failure,” said Sourav Ganguly.
