Launched on May 1, 2017 the Colors Bangla show Mahaprabhu Sree Chaitanya showcases the life of spiritual leader Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. He inspired and influenced the outlook of his family and followers through his wisdom and miracles. The show started with young Ishaan playing the role of young Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

The show recently completed 700 episodes on 30th May and is one of the highest rated shows for COLORS Bangla. Arya Chandra is now playing the role of Mahaprabhu Sree Chaitanya and actress Sreema Bhattacharya is playing the role of Bishnupriya.

The show will now see the love, romance and marriage of Chaitanya with Bishnupriya. Their marriage will be celebrated with much fanfare with menu that used to be in those days.
