The Rajiva Sinha Foundation has launched Tigers’ Pitch, Bengal’s first entrepreneurship reality show, to identify, highlight, and support promising entrepreneurs from throughout the state, further demonstrating its dedication to promoting entrepreneurship and developing the next generation of business leaders.

The show was unveiled by noted actor and show anchor Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Harshvardhan Neotia, Chairman, Ambuja Neotia Group, Rajiva Sinha, Chairman, Rajiva Sinha Foundation, and other guests.

Tigers’ Pitch, a nine-episode primetime entrepreneurship reality show hosted by Parambrata Chattopadhyay, brings together creativity, aspiration, and investment opportunities for aspiring business-minded individuals or groups. Throughout the season, 27 Bengali entrepreneurs will present their startup concepts to a group of seasoned investors and business executives in a format that blends the intensity of actual business decision-making with gripping human tales.

Aspiring business owners throughout the state showed a great deal of interest in the initiative. 37 entrepreneurs were selected for an intensive bootcamp out of the 258 registrations that were received. 27 founders were chosen to take part in the final show and introduce their businesses to the investor panel after a thorough evaluation process.

With investment commitments of about Rs 50 crore for participating ventures, Tigers’ Pitch’s first season has already shown its potential as a catalyst for entrepreneurial growth. In addition to giving founders access to funding, the platform has made it possible for them to make important connections with mentors, investors, and business executives, which has accelerated the expansion of Bengali startups.

The program emphasizes the need for more robust platforms that support young Indians’ creativity, risk-taking, and enterprise while highlighting the growing significance of entrepreneurship in promoting economic development and job creation.

A diverse range of investors, judges, and founder guests from the startup and business ecosystem have gathered on the platform.

The investor line-up includes representatives from TiE Kolkata and TiE Dehradun, Indian Angel Network, Goa Angels Network, LVX Ventures, Recur Capital, and JIS Group, alongside HNI investors, founders, and business leaders from organisations such as Anmol Feeds, Ideal Insurance, Q Industrial Park, and Durable Security.

The judging panel features C S Ghosh, Chairman of Bandhan Group; P J Agarwal, Chancellor of Neotia University; Dr Vivek Rai, CEO of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park; Prof. C D Mitra, Mentor & Coach; and Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group.

Founder guests such as Debaditya Chaudhury of Chowman and Sagar Daryani of Wow! Momo will also enrich the platform.

The program, which is run by Whiteboard Media, will air on Zee 24 Ghanta every Saturday and Sunday at 4:30 p.m. starting at the end of July 2026. By bringing entrepreneurship into the mainstream and increasing awareness of up-and-coming founders and creative business ideas, Tigers’ Pitch seeks to bolster Bengal’s startup ecosystem by providing mentorship, visibility, and growth opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs.
