Garden Cafe is adding an Independence Day twist to its South Indian favorites on August 15. The special menu includes tricolor idlis and a variety of benne dosas.

The benne dosa offerings consist of Benne Plain Dosa, Benne Masala Dosa, Benne Podi Plain Dosa, Benne Podi Masala Dosa, and Benne Garlic Roast Dosa. Each one offers a unique interpretation of the traditional dosa, made fresh on the tawa and finished with benne.

The menu also includes Tricolour Idlis and Tricolour Dosas.

This will be available at all the outlets of Garden Café at Alipore, Newtown, Lee Road, Bypass, and Keyatala.
