A Special Devi Chowdhurani Thali Unveiled At Mitra Cafe

Sri Sushil Roy established Mitra Café in 1910. It represents the deepening connection between people and food. The delicious food is prepared with extra love, care, and warmth, and it has managed to maintain its position as the city’s fastest-growing restaurant and café industry.
Over the years, Kolkata has seen an unparalleled surge in the popularity of restaurants.
Mitra Café eventually opened locations in Bengaluru, Puri, Bhubaneswar, Digha, and Siliguri after winning over the hearts and souls of foodies. Mitra Cafe opened a new location next to Patuli Thana right before puja to make things easier for South Kolkata’s foodies.
The upcoming Bengali film Devi Chowdhurani (starring Mr. Prosenjit Chatterjee, Shrabanti Chatterjee, and other notable actors) is something Mitra Café is proud to be associated with.
The Devi Chowdhurani cast and crew paid a visit to the Birati location of Mitra Café.

Superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee introduced the unique Devi Chowdhurani Thali, which would be served at various Mitra Cafe locations. On this day, he also released the eagerly anticipated Mitra Café app online.
“The century-old Pride of Bengal is an identity of Bengal and is sure to score more in the future,” said Prosenjit.
“Mitra Café is very happy to be associated with a Classic like Devi Chowdhurani, and will continue to do so in the future too”, said Mr. Tapash Roy, Managing Director of Mitra Café.
A grand association indeed!!
