A Special Spiritual Evening Organized At Urbana

Under the heavenly blessings of Lord Jagannath, Urbana Jagannath Parivar successfully arranged a spiritually uplifting event called “Jagannath Mahotsav & Spiritual Discourse” at Urbana Club in Kolkata, uniting members of the Urbana community in devotion, cultural tradition, and spiritual contemplation.
His Holiness Sri Sri Daitapati Bhabani Das Maharaj Ji, Chief Servitor of the Jagannath Temple in Puri, gave a profound spiritual talk that was the evening’s high point. He shared profound insights into the timeless philosophy, sacred traditions, and spiritual significance of Lord Jagannath. His insightful remarks uplifted followers and provided a better comprehension of the spiritual legacy associated with the venerated god.
His Holiness Sri SriDaitapati Bhabani Das Maharaj Ji discussed the spiritual significance of Jagannath customs and their long-lasting influence on devotees of all ages.
Sri Sri Daitapati Bhabani Das Maharaj Ji said, “Lord Jagannath represents universal love, compassion, and unity. Celebrations like Jagannath Mahotsav serve as a reminder that devotion crosses boundaries and unites communities in harmony and faith. Both individual spirituality and collective consciousness are strengthened when followers come together with sincere hearts to recite His name and remember His divine presence”.
A calm and devotional atmosphere was created for attendees by the sacred rituals of Jagannath Mahotsav, which were accompanied by soulful Bhajan and Kirtan. The distribution of Mahaprasad, which allowed devotees to partake in the blessed offering and further strengthened the sense of spiritual unity and community bonding, marked the program’s conclusion.
According to the organizers, the purpose of the event was to celebrate the rich devotional traditions associated with Lord Jagannath while fostering a deeper spiritual connection among community members.
