Building on the enormous enthusiasm created by the recently unveiled 50-foot poster, Bangla ZEE5 released the much-anticipated trailer for Abar Proloy 2.

The show’s writers and stars hinted at the acclaimed crime thriller’s upcoming explosive new chapter. The release of the trailer was another significant turning point in the franchise’s development, since Season 1 has become a cultural phenomenon that has sparked discussions, memes, and legendary debates.

Raj C said, “The audience was eagerly waiting for the second instalment of Abar Proloy. It will be a great cinematic journey for the viewers as you will get a double dose of entertainment in this series”.

Saswata Chatterjee will be seen in the role of Animesh Dutta. “It was Raj who thought that I could suit an action role. After the first instalment, people loved me in that role, and I received great feedback. Now, directors want to cast me in action-oriented roles. It was due to this that I also got the chance to portray Shabor,” said the actor.

Kharaj Mukherjee said, “I was hurt, and I said once that after Raj became a producer, I had stopped getting work from him. When he was a director, he used to cast me in his films or series. As a result, what happened was I got a role where I had to run, chase, and do so many activities. It was challenging for me. Moreover, we all had to maintain the time. We had to reach the sets on time. It was like a military training camp for me”.

Sauraseni Maitra said that this was his sixth project with ZEE5. She thanked the entire team. She revealed how the director gave a chance to newcomers and applauded their performances in the series.

Debasish Mondal said that he learned a lot on the sets of Abar Proloy 2. He was full of praise for Saswata Chatterjee and also shared how he learned so much from him.

Rohan Bhattacharjee worked for the second time with the director after Hok Kolorob. The actor said that it was a dream come true for him to work opposite such stellar actors in such an amazing series.

With its promise of compelling drama, fierce action, and a more in-depth examination of the world, Raj C.’s Abar Proloy 2 ups the ante and is sure to enthrall viewers in Bengal and beyond.
