Director Anshuman Pratyush has begun the shooting of his action thriller film SOS Kolkata. With this film, Bengali actress Ena Saha turns producer. The actress who has been working in the industry for quite some time now has added a new feather to her cap of accomplishments.

The story of the film revolves around a suspected terrorist attack. Yash and Nusrat Jahan will be seen in the role of anti-terrorist officers. Mimi who had worked with Yash earlier will be seen in the role of his wife in the film. Ena Saha plays the role of Angel in the film.

Ena Saha who has donned the cap of the producer for the first time thanked her team for being supportive in these grave times. She mentioned how the team was wearing masks and gloves in this humid weather to maintain the protocols of safety.

Yash’s character is built around a real life character. The actor felt that enacting the role of a person who exists in real life is a bit tough for an actor. The actor believes that this film will be a great experience for him.

Nusrat will be seen in the role of Amanda who is a smart, intelligent and witty woman.

Both Mimi and Nusrat vouched about the great safety precautions that were taken on the set during the shoot.

Ena’s character Angel is a front desk manager in the film.

The main message that the film wants to impart is that there is a hero hidden in all of us and it takes a crisis to bring it to the forefront.
