Under the direction of Ms. Richa Agarwal, the Ladies Study Group (LSG) organized a thought-provoking and impactful session called “Lead Your Own Change”, with Dr. Tatwamasi Dixit, a well-known family business advisor and authority on values-based leadership. The interactive discussion, which took place recently in Kolkata, attracted a lively crowd interested in learning more about the topics of self-leadership, personal growth, and purpose clarity.

Family Business Research International’s founder, Dr. Tatwamasi Dixit, contributed a distinct viewpoint based on modern leadership theory and Indian philosophy.
