A carefully planned Sunday Brunch with a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes is available to guests on April 13. The spread includes Chingri Macher Malaikari, Tangra-style Chilli Chicken, Echorer Dalna, Kachalanka Murgi, Vegetable Cutlet, Kasundi Paneer Tikka, Mutton Sheek Kebab, Cham Cham, and Gujiya. The brunch will be genuinely unforgettable thanks to the presence of live counters that will serve delectable regional specialties and interactive culinary delights.
The celebrations continue on April 15th with a lavish Poila Boishakh Buffet Dinner and a delightful set menu for the day. The set menu consists of dishes like Bagun Sundari, Posto Bora, Chingrir Chop, Basanti Pulao, Gandharaj Paneer, Luchi with Aloo Dum, Chicken Duckbanglo, Kosha Mangsho, Katla Macher Kaliya, Tomato Chutney, Aamsatter Chutney, Mishti Doi, and Rasgulla.
The buffet dinner consists of Beetroot and Kacha Kalar Chop, Kolkata Fish Fry, Mangsher Jhol, Roi Sorse Bata, Doi Murgi, Bengali Fried Rice, Potholer Dalma, Mouri Paneer, Chanar Payash, Makha Sandesh, and Rasmalai.
