A carefully planned Sunday Brunch with a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes is available to guests on April 13. The spread includes Chingri Macher Malaikari, Tangra-style Chilli Chicken, Echorer Dalna, Kachalanka Murgi, Vegetable Cutlet, Kasundi Paneer Tikka, Mutton Sheek Kebab, Cham Cham, and Gujiya. The celebrations continue on April 15th with a lavish Poila Boishakh Buffet Dinner and a delightful set menu for the day.
