Platform – Kolkata Chapter, Bengal’s inaugural Startup Meet and Pitch Fest 2025, was a huge success. Bengal saw a revolutionary event that changed the state’s entrepreneurial scene in a ground-breaking initiative. Crea8ors, a top experiential marketing and branding firm, partnered with Four Colors and SoftTech Digi Media to host Bengal’s first Startup Meet and Pitch Fest 2025 at Dhano Dhanyo Auditorium.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Chandra Sekhar Ghosh, Chairman of Bandhan Group, and Rajendra Khandelwal the Founder and Chairman of Dhanwantary Medicare and Research Centre Pvt Ltd.

It was the beginning of an entrepreneurial revolution in Bengal.

To celebrate entrepreneurship and promote business growth, this historic event brought together investors, industry leaders, and creative startups. About 20 business pitches were submitted by startups in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, retail, food, ed-tech, health tech, and entertainment.

Pitches were presented to an esteemed panel of judges, like Rimjhim Ray, CMO and Co-Founder of Heyo Phone, Avelo Roy, Managing Director & Startup Mentor of Kolkata Ventures, Dr. Arnab Basu, Co-Founder and CEO of Yancha, Mahesh Shivanna, Founder of Origin Thoughts Pvt. Ltd., Arun Mukherjee, Mentor and Co-Founder at Chaigram, Varshaa Guptaa, Consultant at Shark Tank India season 1 and Founder of Velocity1.

From Women Leading Business Growth to the issues currently affecting the startup ecosystem, notable industry leaders shared their perspectives during the afternoon’s Business Summit and Panel Discussions, which examined important topics influencing the future of startups. A number of companies were also recognized for their exceptional contributions to the startup ecosystem at the event. These forward-thinking businesses were honored for their steadfast dedication to entrepreneurship at the Felicitation & Award Distribution ceremony. The most promising startups that have made notable advancements in growth, innovation, and leadership were honored with these awards.

Some of the awardees were  Dr. Soumyaraj Banerjee from LGK Paints for Best Innovation in Organic Paints, Shri Sourav Chakraborty      from Sconto for Best Lifestyle App for Students, and Shubhendu Abhishek from Diagno Easy Healthtech for Best Healthcare App.
