Bombay To Go, a gripping memoir by Rainbow the Actor, was successfully launched at the Oxford Bookstore on Park Street in Kolkata. The event came after the book was first released in Mumbai on March 31, 2025, by super villains Shakti Kapoor and Gulshan Grover. Taran Adarsh, a film critic, also offered his support for the book’s Mumbai promotion.

The event celebrated Tollywood’s rich history and ongoing development.

Eminent actress Debleena Dutt, film director Abhijit Chowdhury, and National Television anchor Biplab Ganguli graced the book launch.

Rainbow’s amazing journey from a Canadian businessman to a Bollywood villain is chronicled in the book Bombay To Go. The book describes his hardships, tenacity, and path to success as an actor and storyteller.

A teaser and a documentary highlighting Rainbow’s inspirational journey were the evening’s highlights. Rainbow unveiled the teaser and the documentary on Instagram in order to share this moment with a larger audience.

Speaking at the book launch, Debleena Dutt said, “I am honoured to come to such a book launch. The hard work and perseverance of Rainbow will be a great example for many aspiring artists. I hope that he achieves more success in his life”.

Rainbow also wants to express its sincere gratitude to famous designer Archana Kochar for designing the Villain’s exquisite signature ensemble. The Rainbow Signature Theme Song, a first for the industry, is another unique highlight. This is the first time a Bollywood actor has ever had a signature theme. It was created in partnership with Rainbow’s team, Creative Force, by a well-known music composer and supervisor.

Another significant turning point in the publishing house’s history was reached with the successful launch in Kolkata, which reaffirmed Power Publishers’ dedication to telling readers stories that have an impact.
