Deepika Padukone Celebrates 10th Anniversary Of Live Love Laugh

Deepika Padukone traveled to Madhya Pradesh on World Mental Health Day to commemorate a significant milestone: the tenth anniversary of her charity, Live Love Laugh, which is still actively promoting mental health awareness and support throughout India.
During the event, the actor—who has been a vocal supporter of mental health for more than ten years—reflected on her own journey and the influence of her foundation. Her visit served as a reminder of her dedication to eradicating the stigma associated with mental health discussions throughout the nation.
When asked if she ever imagined that demanding what she feels is fair would cost her anything, Deepika’s remark struck a profound chord with her dignity and moral character.
“This is nothing new to me; I believe that even in terms of compensation, I have had to deal with whatever comes up. I don’t even know what to call it, but I am someone who always fought my battles in silence, and for some odd reason, sometimes they become public, which is not how I know or how I was raised, but yes, I know how to fight my battles and to do so silently and in a dignified way” said the actress.
Her remarks provided context for her own experience as well as the broader discussions in the business on equality, justice, and decency. In keeping with her character, Deepika continues to advocate for her causes with incredible composure, bravery, and sincerity both on and off film.
Deepika Padukone once again demonstrates via her words and deeds that grace, purpose, and quiet can often be just as powerful as loudness.
