“Matri Rupe Sansthita – The Mother Reimagined” is the theme of the gripping six-episode podcast series Devi Diaries 2025. The series tells moving tales of people who represent the various aspects of motherhood and caregiving—whether biological, adoptive, social, entrepreneurial, or revolutionary—through sincere discussions.

This year’s edition features dignitaries like Priyadarshini Hakim, Rachana Banerjee, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Satarupa Sanyal, Mohua Chatterjee, Hiya Chatterjee, Anargha Uuttiya Chowdhury and Manashi Chowdhury (owners of Anjali Jewellers), and Manashi Roy Chowdhury and Meghdut Roy Chowdhury (owners of Techno India Group). Their individual tales demonstrate how care transcends gender, custom, and biology by showcasing bravery, reimagining, and the timeless strength of nurturing love.

The trailer was unveiled at Soul of Bengal, a location rich in tradition and culture.

The event, titled The Devi Dinner, saw the presence of Srijit Mukherji, Shruti Das, Priyadarshini Hakim, Anusha Vishwanathan with her mother Madhumanti Maitra, Piya Chakraborty with her mother, Hirak Bhattacharyya (owner of Shalimar), Angana Roy with her mother Lajvanti Roy, Priyadarshini Ghosh Bawa, Nandini Bhowmick, DCP Aloke Kumar Sanyal, Nandini Bhattacharya, Ananya Bhattacharya, Aritra Dutta, and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Srijit Mukherji stated, “Today’s gathering feels like the ideal way to ignite the festive spirit, especially since Pujo is just around the corner. Along with all the other fascinating content that will be released this Pujo, we are looking forward to the motivational Devi Diaries episodes that Sreemoyee has collected”.

An exclusive sneak peek at the stirring stories from the podcast, which honored the nurturing spirit in all of its magnificent manifestations as artists, caregivers, warriors, and visionaries, was given to guests. Beautiful treats chosen by Soul of Bengal enhanced the occasion and created a cozy, joyous ambiance. Sreemoyee Piu Kundu said in her introductory remarks that this year’s campaign honors the redesigned mother, a representation of resilience, compassion, and unbounded creativity.

Devi Diaries 2025 serves as a perfect tribute to the divine nurturing energy as Durga Pujo draws near, reminding us that this power is not constrained by custom but rather continuously develops, empowers, and uplifts every person who plays a caring role in society.
