Dig Into Sumptuous Poila Boisakh Menu at Moti Mahal Delux
To ring in the Poila Boisakh festivities, Moti Mahal Delux has laid out a scrumptious spread for the patrons. The Poila Baishak spread is exclusively available from 12th April – 18th April’ 21 (Monday to Sunday).
The vegetarian starters consist of ‘Kabuli Soya Chaap’, ‘Tandoori Stuffed Aloo’, ‘Tandoori Aloo Tikka’, ‘Veg Kurkure’, ‘Tandoori Salad’, while the non-vegetarian starters include ‘Tandoori Prawns’, ‘Afghani Fish Tikka’, ‘Tandoori Pomfret’ and ‘Mutton Burra’.
The mains comprise ‘Dal Makhani’, ‘Butter Chicken’, ‘Sliced Fish in Mustard Sauce’, ‘Veg Dum Biryani’, along with ‘Steamed Rice’ and ‘Bread Basket’. The desserts on offer are ‘Kesar Phirni’, ‘Spongy Rasgulla’ and ‘Mishti Doi’.
A special mocktail ‘Gondhoraj Julep’ is also on offer on the menu.
