Luna Nuova – The Culinary Journey, which is a concentrated investigation of flavor, seasonal produce, careful technique, and composition that come together in a five-course experience without wine pairings, and Luna Piena, which elevates each course through harmonious wine pairings carefully chosen by the sommelier, are the two unique interpretations of LUNA offered at Ottimo, each reflecting distinctive Italian flavors. Meat lovers can enjoy a non-vegetarian set menu showcasing dishes like Red Prawn, asparagus & burrata, Scallop, cuttle fish tagliatelle, potato and leek soup, Homemade pappardelle pasta tossed with slow roasted duck, and Tender grilled lamb chop, Tiramisu, or a choice of gelato.
