Excellent Thai Street Food Now Available At TESS
From April 18 to April 27, 2025, Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata will host a specially curated Thai Food Festival at TESS, inviting visitors to fully experience the vibrant spirit of Thailand. The festival offers a carefully planned menu that honours the spirit of Thai cuisine and is intended to introduce Kolkata to the vibrancy and flavour of Thailand’s vibrant street food culture.
The dishes on offer are Yum Mamuang, Thai Steamed Chive Dumplings, Tofu Ping, grilled tofu skewers, Goong Ping, Thai-style grilled prawns, Gai Wings Ping, Thai Fish Grilled in Banana Leaf, Gai Pad Krapow, Thai Roti, and many more.
