Both East Bengal and West Bengal have a strong culinary heritage that unites them. From July 14 to July 23, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat will host “Epar Bangla Opar Bangla,” an amazing culinary experience where diners can sample traditional Bengali cuisine painstakingly crafted by the hotel’s talented in-house chefs.

The menu features a variety of exquisite selections, from traditional favorites to inventive dishes that perfectly encapsulate Bengali flavors. It draws influence from the varied culinary traditions of both East and West Bengal.

The thoughtfully crafted menu will include both traditional and contemporary dishes like ‘Kochupata diye Chingri Bhape’, ‘Bhetki Macher Paturi’, ‘ Mouri Bata Diye Paneer er Tarkari’, ‘Kosha Mangsho’, and many more.
