Flavours From The Hills- A Special Homage To East Himalayan Cuisine

With great pleasure, Hotel Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport announces the opening of its upcoming culinary showcase, Flavours From The Hills, at its all-day dining restaurant, Social Kitchen, from July 11 to July 25, 2025. The rich, earthy, and soulful flavors of the Eastern Himalayas are explored in depth at this themed culinary festival.
The menu features beloved regional dishes from Sikkim, North Bengal, Assam, Mizoram, and other places, all of which have been carefully chosen with consideration for cultural differences and culinary authenticity.
On offer are dishes like Tse Momos, spicy Jhol Momo, Thukpa, Jadoh rice, Chak-Hao Kheer, Assorted Momo Platter, ShaPhaley, Bamboo Shoot & Mushroom Wrap, Thukpa and the Ramen Bowl, Shrimp & Broccoli Sweet Chilli Salad, Smoked Chicken with Bamboo Shoot, Bamboo Shoot Potato Curry, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Tingmo, Balep, Sanpiau, Jadoh, Pitha, Koat, and Chak-Hao Kheer.
