Eken Babu since its introduction in the web series format has been gaining huge popularity among the audience. The great acting and the wonderful stories have been grabbing the attention of the audience. All the web series has received great feedback from the audiences and the critics alike.

To further reach out to more audiences, a movie will now be made of this popular detective and has been titled The Eken.

The upcoming mystery hunt film will see Eken in the disguise of a Bengali ordinary man. The film will be directed by Joydeep Mukherjee.

Anirban Chakrabarti will reprise his role as Bengal’s present favorite detective ‘Eken babu’.

The music will be by Joy Sarkar and the lyrics will be by Chandril Bhattacharya.

The rest of the cast will be finalized soon.

The Eken will be released next year.
