The cast and crew of director-duo Shiboprasad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s film Gotro assembled together to celebrate the 100 days celebration of the film at the box office.

The film’s story revolves around the relationship between an aged Hindu lady, who lives alone in a huge house, and Tarek Ali, a man who is hired by her NRI son as a caretaker of the property. Despite a few initial problems, the lady accepts Tarek and treats her like a son. But society starts creating problems over religion, cast and creed. What happens next?
