As Aadhaar India International, in collaboration with Chaddabesi and Senssationz, presents filming for three upcoming vertical web series created for the Mumbai-based premium OTT platform Netliv OTT, the serene green spaces of Sonarpur are about to become a bustling hub of cameras, creativity, and conversation. 

Vertical-format storytelling has changed from experimental to indispensable as millions of people turn to mobile screens as their main source of entertainment. This change is reflected in Netliv OTT’s upcoming slate, which combines intimacy, immediacy, and cinematic depth in stories created especially for handheld viewing.

Three projects showcased during the live shoot were:  

• Sanak (Hindi) – Directed by Piyush Chakraborty  
• Abyakto – The Untold (Bengali) – Directed by Srirup Sett  
• Bishakto Biswas (Bengali) – Directed by Sanjay Das

For the fast-paced, digital-first audience, each series reflects a unique narrative tone, ranging from psychological intensity to emotionally complex drama.

The event saw the presence of Sritama Dey, Diya Chakroborty, Rajnandini Pramanik, Payel Das, Rajdip Sarkar, Rupam Das, Payel Debnath, Shromona Chakroborty, Jyoti Biswas, Riti Chowdhury, Madhumita Pal, Rapax, Sikha Das, Archisman Singh, and Sreyashi.

Their involvement demonstrates the increasing collaboration between well-known performers and up-and-coming artists in the Bengali and Hindi digital entertainment scene. Despite being created for an over-the-top (OTT) platform in Mumbai, the initiative showcases Kolkata’s dynamic creative spirit and its growing influence on India’s digital entertainment landscape.
