Visitors to Goa from April 11 to April 16 will be treated to a gastronomic adventure that captures the spirit of Bengal on the coast, highlighting Mughlai splendour, Anglo-Indian ancestry, and the vivid flavors of Tangra-style Indo-Chinese cuisine. Chefs Amrusha and Divyanshi are the curators of this immersive menu, which costs INR 1500+ taxes for vegetarians and INR 1999+ taxes for non-vegetarians. This immersive experience allows visitors to Goa to experience Kolkata’s history and heart in a setting that combines coastal charm with nostalgic cuisine.
