Actor Bijwajeet Chatterjee with wife Ira Chatterjee has been organizing the Durga Puja in Mumbai since the last 16 years. Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya Bachchan has been coming to Bijwajeet’s  Durga Pandal since the last 15 years.

Eminent actor-director Rakesh Roshan along with his son Hrithik Roshan visited Mrs. Ira Durgotsav Pandal in Juhu  to seek the blessings of Ma Durga.

Coincidentally, Rakesh Roshan mother’s name is also Ira Roshan and she considers Biswajeet as her elder son.

Two years ago when Hrithik’s film ‘Bang Bang’ was releasing, he had come to seek Ma Durga’s blessing at Biswajeet’s Durgotsav. And this time, his film War had released during the Pujas.
