Lawrence & Mayo’s store at Old House Street, near Dalhousie has a great heritage value. It was the first optical branded store in India way back in 1877.

The 1100 square feet showroom has been revamped and the new showroom was inaugurated in the presence of noted designer Agnimitra Paul and Suman Anjoy, Business Head, Lawrence & Mayo.

The showroom boasts of services like contact lens clinic, 10 step precision eye testing, huge variety of frames and so on.

Speaking at the event, Agnimitra Paul said “As a designer, I really liked the woodwork done in the store and also the lighting style. I loved the shape of the sunglasses on display at the store”.

The range starts from Rs 800 and goes higher for international brands like Cartier, Vogue, Prada, Alcon and others.
