Speaking at the event, Sourav Ganguly said “Like most Bengalis, I love Hilsa. I don’t eat much rice but when Hilsa is made at home, I consume rice. Sorshe Ilish has good taste and is also healthy. This dish has a different value for most Bengalis. Monsoon is the time when we get good quality Hilsa and who will not like to gorge on Hilsa?”.

Inspired by the exquisite Kalighat potchitro paintings of the 19th century, the limited-edition pack pays homage to the artistic legacy of the region.

“Mustard oil has good health benefits as it contains Omega 3, fatty acids and so much more. It helps in keeping the skin glowing and supple. So with such an amazing mustard oil pack just for the Hilsa season is a great initiative on behalf of Fortune” added Sourav Ganguly.
