Eminent Bengali actress Koneenica Banerjee graced the Nababarsha Menu launch of Gondhoraj-Flavours of Bengal.

Also gracing the launch was Johanne Mantosh, owner of Gondhoraj-Flavours of Bengal.

The focus of the menu is on seasonal, regional, and celebratory dishes.

Poila Boisakh is not just the start of a new year but also holds deep emotional significance in the lives of Bengalis. Understanding this emotion, the menu at Gondhoraj will uphold traditional meals.

The menu features dishes like Murshidabad Chicken Fry, Gondhoraj Malai Curry, Hundi Dum Mutton, Mochar Kochuri, Kiron Pulao, Papda Jhal, Kesarbari Mishti Doi, Baked Mihidana with Rabri, and many more.

Speaking at the launch, Koneenica said “The pricing is pocket friendly and the range of dishes that they will be serving is amazing. It is not always possible to cook so many dishes at home given our busy lifestyle. Hence coming to Gondhoraj and gorging on so many dishes with friends and family will be a good way to kick start the new year”.

The menu will be available from the 9^th to the 15^th of April.

On the 14^th and 15^th of April, the buffet will be available for Rs 1300 plus GST for non-veg, Rs 1100 plus GST for veg, and Rs 1000 plus GST for kids.

The timings are from 12 pm to 10.30 pm across all the outlets of Gondhoraj.
