Shaped by Rajasthan’s rich heritage, Marwari cuisine has evolved over time into something that stands apart from other Indian cuisines. To usher in the new season, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata introduces “Kitchens of Marwar”, a Rajasthani food festival.

The lunch and dinner buffet will embrace the culinary passion of Marwar’s locals and the exquisite dishes will include authentic creations such as “Dal Baati Churma”, “Makkai ki Raab”, “Tamatar Mangori ka Shorba”, “Paneer Ke Sule”, “Murgh ke Parche”, “Rai Ki Machli”, “Aloo Anar Dana Chaat”.

The elaborate spread will feature dishes like “Govind Gatta Curry”, “Ker Sangri”, “Mongori Pulao”, “Laal Maans”, “Murgh ke Mukul”, and “Safed Maans”, to name a few.

The desserts on the menu will include sweets such as “Ghewar”, “Kesaria Jalebi”, “Moong Daal ka Halwa”, and “Mawa Kachori”.
