The effects of cancer are profound and wide-ranging. Nevertheless, the human spirit manages to brighten the road to recovery even in the most dire circumstances. Overcoming emotional and psychological obstacles is just as important as combating cancer on the path to survival. The new ‘United by Unique’ campaign, which emphasizes a people-centered approach to cancer care, launches on World Cancer Day in 2025. By putting people, families, and communities at the center of health systems, this strategy signifies a fundamental change in the way health and cancer services are planned and provided.
