In a touching observance of Independence Day, Somersault and Ek Packet Umeed collaborated to organize the inspirational “Smiles of Freedom” event, which was full of laughter and love. More than twenty joyful kids from the NGOs VIDYA India and VIHAAN came together for this unique event, which turned Somersault’s indoor playground and café into a colorful wonderland of happiness and harmony.

Nusrat Jahan and Priyadarshini Ghosh Bawa, two distinguished guests, graced the occasion. The flag was raised to start the ceremony, which was then warmly welcomed and attendees were given uttariya as a sign of respect and joy. By joining in the fun and interacting with the kids in the play area, Nusrat, Yash, and Priyadarshini helped the kids have an even more memorable day.

Somersault was the ideal location as it was the best indoor playground in Kolkata, with vibrant, engaging areas that promoted enjoyment and enthusiasm. The event featured several interesting play areas and the unusual “Super Runio” game, all under the supervision of “Fun Officers” to make sure the kids had a fun and safe time.
