The majority of Fetomat Wellness has been purchased by Suraksha Diagnostics Limited, the top integrated diagnostics chain in Eastern India. The amount purchased is 65 percent.

One of the biggest centres for foetal and maternal medicine in Eastern India, Fetomat offers genetic counselling, prenatal diagnosis, and pregnancy care.

By combining cutting-edge diagnostics with specialised prenatal care, this strategic acquisition allows Suraksha Diagnostics to add Fetomat’s specialised maternal-fetal services to its vast diagnostic network. Thus, the continuum of care for expectant mothers is improved.

Better health outcomes for mothers and their unborn children will result from this collaboration’s assistance in the early detection and treatment of foetal abnormalities, high-risk pregnancies, and other prenatal conditions.

For the first time in Eastern India, the association makes it possible to link genomics and foetal medicine. This makes the most advanced genomic technology accessible to patients in this location.
