It is a collaborative initiative aimed at providing people from rural and semi-urban areas with industry-relevant skills that lead to meaningful employment and sustainable livelihoods.

There is an immediate need for alternate, reliable sources of income because more than 65% of Indians live in villages and Tier-2/3 towns. Techno-Sahaj Blue Collar Jobs fills this gap by offering reasonably priced, hybrid training programs that are adapted to the demands of the modern, ever-changing labour market.
