With the renovation of its iconic all-day dining buffet + à la carte restaurant, “The Golden Forest”, The Golden Tusk, an immersive family vacation destination on the outskirts of Jim Corbett National Park, has announced the expansion of its dining offering.

With its 350-square-foot redesigned space and stunning views of Corbett National Park from the indoor dining area and outdoor deck, “The Golden Forest” now serves multicuisine Indian, Oriental, and Continental cuisine in addition to live Indian street food and a special Kumaoni corner featuring regional specialties like Aloo Gutke (spiced potatoes), Bhatt ki Churkani (black soybean curry), Kaapa (spinach gravy), Bhang ki Chutney, and Jhangore ki Kheer (millet pudding).

Redesigned with more seating, high ceilings, and forest-inspired décor that reflects Corbett’s environment, the Golden Forest has been a longtime favorite among visitors. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests may savor world-class meals while taking in expansive views of the forest. The restaurant is now more than just a place to eat, thanks to its improved design; it’s a place where food and the outdoors come together.

Live cooking stations, chef’s specials made with fresh ingredients, and menus that showcase both Indian and foreign flavors are all things that guests can anticipate. The Golden Tusk also has additional dining options, such as The Gin Tree (lounge/bar), Water Dining (dinner with shallow water or knee-deep pool setting), The Jungle Grill (open-air, forest-themed BBQ / grilled fare), and private dining spaces (for romantic or intimate meals).

In order to fulfill its promise of immersive, unforgettable stays where food is as central as the forest, The Golden Tusk intends to introduce carefully chosen eating experiences in the future, such as chef’s table dinners, farm-to-fork menus, and outdoor grills beneath the stars.

In addition to dining, visitors to The Golden Tusk can take part in carefully planned safaris, riverbank strolls, outdoor activities, and holistic health programs, all of which are intended to let them experience Corbett’s genuine essence.

By combining luxury with environmentally responsible methods and giving back to the community, the Golden Tusk has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable tourism. Covering ten acres, it provides a range of lodging options, specialty eating options, two swimming pools and two children’s pools, a convention center, a spa, a games area, and a bar. All of these amenities are intended to help visitors feel more connected to nature while providing top-notch hospitality.
