By presenting a unique Bangaliana Thali, which offers a genuine taste of Bengal on a single platter, the Yellow Turtle honors the spirit of Poila Baisakh. The thali, which includes a range of traditional dishes made with the best ingredients, is intended to capture the spirit of traditional Bengali cuisine on the table.

There are four Bangaliana Thali variations on the menu.

The Bangaliana Chicken Thali, priced at Rs. 399, consists of desi murgir jhol, echor chingri, aloo posto, fish fry, and misti doi.

The Bangaliana Mutton Thali, available for  Rs. 599, consists of kochi panthar jhol, while the Bangaliana Pomfret Thali at Rs. 699 consists of sorshe pomfret.

The Bangaliana Maharaja Thali, priced at Rs. 1299, consists of chicken, mutton, and jumbo prawn malai curry, along with other traditional accompaniments.

Each thali will be served with aam panna sharbat, steamed rice, bhaja mung dal, jhuri aloo bhaja, salad, chutney, papad, misti doi, and rajbhog. 

From 7^th April 7 to 15^th April, the special Bangaliana Thali will be served all day long, inviting guests to partake in a festive meal.
