With each new development, the eagerly awaited project “Keu Bole Biplobi, Keu Bole Dakat” by Nandy Movies and Jeetz Filmworks, directed by Pathikrit Basu, continues to generate enthusiasm. The film now features Tota Roy Choudhury, the most renowned and adaptable name in Bengali cinema, following the announcement of superstar Jeet in the strong character of Ananta Singh.

For many years, Tota Roy Choudhury has enthralled viewers with his outstanding performances in both mainstream and indie films. Their participation in the cast gives this ambitious endeavor a new level of complexity and artistic flair.

Producer Pradip Kumar Nandy said, “Tota Roy Choudhury joining the team is an honor. His exceptional skill and charisma on screen will surely enhance the story and take the movie to new heights”.

A string of well-planned robberies against the wealthy in Kolkata in the 1960s aroused curiosity and terror. Behind them stands Ananta, a mysterious, elderly person who is viewed as a rescuer by some and a criminal by others. The populace is split on whether Inspector Durga Roy is a robber or a revolutionary reborn as he leads an unrelenting manhunt. As a dedicated liberation fighter under Masterda Surya Sen during the independence campaign and as a disillusioned man witnessing the nation’s principles disintegrate in the face of corruption and greed, Ananta’s past is revealed through a series of timeline shifts. Ananta fights a new war—this time for the poor—utilizing his combat skills and strategic thinking, as he cannot tolerate the betrayal of his values and turns to radical justice.

The film promises a rich cinematic experience, which will be further reinforced by the music composed by renowned musician Shantanu Moitra.

Under the auspices of Nandy Movies and Jeetz Filmworks, the film is set to become one of the most talked-about films of the year because of its outstanding ensemble cast and innovative creative team.

I’ve always loved Tota da’s agility and on-screen persona as a huge fan, and I’ve long wanted to see him in a full-fledged action avatar. This movie fulfills that need. As a strong force of law opposing insurrection, Durga Roy is Ananta Singh’s arch-enemy, but not in a bad sense. It resembles the traditional rivalry between East Bengal and Mohun Bagan, where two titans clash from opposing sides. The confrontation between Jeet da and Tota da will therefore be a great cinematic experience. Tota da is the ideal actor to complement Jeet da’s on-screen persona by adding authority, balance, and energy”.
